MBG energy scam calls—how to stop them!

The caller ID showed a private name, but there was alot of background noise, I put them on hold and they eventualy hung up

Repeated calls from this number have become a nuisance, with four different representatives using the same script, and upon providing fake information, I was transferred to a supposed manager.

A highly aggressive and rude individual, Ryan Gonzalez, demanded to speak with a manager, and when refused, he attempted to intimidate the staff and made repeated calls

A woman called asking for informations from my PG&E bill, but i could hear a bunch of people talking in the background, it sounded like a scam

For over a year now, we recieved alot of calls from these peoples, they calls us 3-4 days in a row, once a month, they claim to be from MBG on behalf of Eversource and they want to know our rate so we have to get the bill, but we dont do buisness with them

My store recived six calls from them, and I instructed them to send the informations via mail, but they insisted on speeking to the manager, which is me!!!

A call was received on 7/14/22, and despite requests to stop calling, the caller continued, attempting to scam me into providing information about my electric bill.

My experiance with Ryan Gonzalez was very bad, he was rude and asked for a copy of our company bill etc...

A person named Lisa Gomez from MGB attempted to discuss a non-existent PG&E gas bill; the call was deemed a scam, and the caller was asked not to call again, but they persisted

A scammer, claiming to be Julian Garcia, requested a copy of an electric bill, stating it was urgent.

Dealing with these individuals was a frustrating experience, as they continued to call multiple times, even after being told to stop, and became rude when their requests were not met

I called back many times and they was demanding informations, it was a ENERGY SCAM, i had to put a stern man on the phone to stop them

A representative from MBG, identifying himself as 'Juan', has called me three times, demonstrating remarkable persistence, and was informed that we do not engage with unsolicited calls.

Apparently, this is a scam related to energy, where they request a copy of your ComEd bill to steal your information, supposedly operating from Colombia.
