During work hours, I received a call from someone claiming to be from RBC, who had knowledge of one account balance but not the others, and proceeded to ask questions that could have been easily answered by reviewing my account activity.
Apparently, they claimed I was over the credit limit on my card, demanding immediate payment of the minimum amount to avoid high interest, despite my having settled the outstanding amount a week prior.

The person on the phone claimed my mortgage was in arrears, but the amount they gave me was incorrect and they couldnt provide the adress of the property, so i told them RBC wouldnt call me and hung up
A call was recieved from "RBC" asking to speak to my husband. When I said he wasn't here right now, she asked if I could get him to call this number (855-560-1405). When I asked what it was in regards to, she said it was private and confident information. I said he doesn't live here anymore because I kicked him out and the caller asked for his cell number. I told her it was private and confidential. She hung up!
Apparently they made a claim
During the conversation, the representatives identified themselves as a call centre acting on behalf of RBC, and they insisted that the only way to stop the frequent calls was to contact RBC directly.
Its been a week now, and they called me 3 times today, i havent answered because i dont have any buisness with rbc, and i wish these scammers would get a real job
