Scam callers threaten legal action – what to do!

For several days, this number has been calling me, claiming someone is trying to take me to court, using my actual name and address, which is very alarming.

The scare tactic message is desinged to panic the victim into caling back, its a vague message

A caller claiming to be Lisa Bonet stated that they had a case against a relative, but I refuse to engage with such suspicious calls

My husband keeps getting voicemails from the same woman, but she uses different names, all of which are names of famous actresses or musicians

Recently, alot of calls have been comming from Kim Porter regarding a claim thats been filed, they will supposily have me Located and told me to call that number, its suppost to be for the buisness on the claim but didnt mention the name of the company, the number Kim called from is 417-262-6846, recieved 3-4 calls today 10/21/2022

I've been receiving a series of calls from a person named Brandon Jones, including one with vulgar language, claiming that a lawsuit is being filed against my son, but when I tried to contact them, the numbers were unavailable, leading me to suspect a scam.

A man named Alex Baker contacted me, mentioning a family member by their full name and stating that a claim was being filed against them, requiring an update to their information to avoid a home visit

A word of caution before engaging with "Tiffany" again: look up the local FBI office's address and instruct her to serve you there, asking her to request the office of "Special Agent (your name)" from security; this should prompt her to hang up promptly, and you can be certain that neither she nor anyone else will contact you again.
