Upon calling back, I reached At&t, who informed me that their number was being used by an unauthorized source and had not been used to contact me.

An automated call was recieved stating my bill was past due, however I had recently lost a debit card and was unsure if my payment info was up to date, so I ignored the call.
It's clear that this is a scam call from someone claming to be AT&T, as they request credit card info to pay a bill that I had allready paid a few days prior.

Receiving a call from an automated system claiming to be AT&T, I returned the call and answered several questions before requesting a representative, at which point I was hung up on, leading me to suspect a potential scam or joke.

The purpose of the call from ATT/Directv was to confirm an installation appointment.
Two calls have been received from this number. If the caller is indeed AT&T, they have incorrect information, as the receiver does not have an AT&T account. Legitimate callers should leave voicemails.
