Expert Opinion
Watch out for callers claiming to be Amazon support. These scam operators pose as tech help, say your Echo Dot is infected, and pressure you to download apps or grant remote access via TeamViewer. They often cite fake viruses, threaten banking theft, and repeat the call from different numbers to appear legitimate. Hang up immediately, never share login credentials, and avoid installing unsolicited software. Verify any support request by contacting Amazon directly through the official website or app. Run a reputable antivirus scan, and consider changing passwords if you suspect a breach. Report the number to your carrier and to the FTC to help block future scams.

Upon contacting this individual, I was informed that assistance would be provided with regards to my echo dot issue. However, the advice given was to download certain applications from the Play store, and the tone was unlike that of typical Amazon customer service representatives. The caller claimed my system contained multiple viruses, which were supposedly the reason for my echo's malfunction, citing a trojan virus as the primary concern. They inquired about the number of devices connected to my Wi-Fi network. Due to frequent disconnections and the caller's persistence in contacting me back, I began to suspect potential scamming or hacking activities. The final alarm was raised when the caller mentioned that hackers had gained access to my banking information and advised against online shopping, prompting me to terminate the conversation.
I wonder who is actualy using this phone number, dont have no idear.
