Expert Opinion
Like a wolf in a friendly coat, the calls from +18557648808 often masquerade as legitimate debt‑collection or legal notices. They toss out names like Anthony, Evans, or Collins to build false credibility, then pressure you to pay a bogus debt or sign phantom paperwork. Never share personal data or banking info with an unsolicited caller, even if they claim to represent a court or a government agency. Hang up, block the number, and verify any alleged debt by contacting the creditor directly using a trusted number. Document the call and report it to the FTC or your state consumer protection office to help curb these scams.
