Express Scripts survey calls: What to expect?
Summary — +18558425860
Expert Opinion
Earlier this week, a wave of calls from 855‑842‑5860 claiming to be from Express Scripts has been popping up in inboxes and voicemail. Most callers report an automated survey about home‑delivery satisfaction, and the script rarely asks for sensitive data—just a verification of the phone number. However, the mismatch between the number used and Express Scripts’ official contact line (1‑800‑903‑6228) fuels scam concerns. To stay safe, cross‑check the caller ID against the carrier’s published numbers, hang up and call back using the official phone listed on the website, and never share personal or payment details. Treat any request for “important questions” with healthy skepticism, but don’t dismiss every call as malicious; a legitimate post‑delivery survey can provide useful feedback for the pharmacy.
