After recieving dozens of calls from this number, i finaly answered one and learned that it's a junk debt collector using fake numbers to appear like they're calling from Lexington KY, they have alot of wrong numbers in their database so they make alot of predictive dialer calls, somtimes multiple times a day, this is clearly unethicall, but probably now legal due to a recent Supreme Court desicion
