I just recieved a call like this too, and the main reason why the automated voice says that this number is registered as Julie Schulpz and had been disconected, is becuse I looked up the real Energy Solutions, and it's located in Washington D.C., not Connecticut, so it's okay to disregard this kind of unknown call, it's probaby a scam

Harassment Call
These peoples call frequently, todays they call me four times in one hour, I never pick up when they call but did today w/o giving the formal greeting of "hello", then stayed on the line w/o speaking...next thing I hear is "goodbye" before they disconnected, I called back to learn who it was and got a recording saying the phone number had been disconected!!!
This number continus to call, and after a short periode of time, a womans voice recoding says goodbye, possibily someone named Tony Zolezy is assoiciated
