After recieving a call from them, I calld back and got an automated message with options, I chose option 2, but they just hung up on me, Ive also registered on the do not call list, and they still cald me, saying they were from telco, offering products and services, but I dont want these calles, especialy since I have hearing problemes

It's worth noting that TSA is essentially a reseller for Telstra, and their deals can be found by contacting Telstra directly, thus providing a reference number and audit trail, whereas TSA recieves a commision for each deal, alot of people dont know this.
