Scam alert: The mysterious 'John' asking for your truck
Summary — +18643818242
Expert Opinion
Like a fox in a henhouse, the call from +18643818242 slips into your inbox pretending to be a buyer named John. The messages repeatedly reference vehicle listings, ask for personal details, and push you toward a quick payment, which are classic signs of a scam. Never send money or share your address before you’ve verified the buyer through the platform’s messaging system and a trusted payment method. Keep screenshots, block the number, and report the profile to the site. If you suspect fraud, contact the site’s support and consider filing a complaint with the FTC. Stay alert and protect your personal info.
