Scam alert: Who's really behind Lakewood & Associates calls?
Summary — +18663133902
Expert Opinion
Ever wonder why a call from +1‑866‑313‑3902 feels like a legal notice? The pattern points to a scripted scam that pretends to be a process‑service firm or a law office, using threats of court action and wage garnishment to pressure victims. Never share your Social Security number, bank details, or other personal information with an unsolicited caller. Hang up, then independently verify any claim by contacting the supposed agency through an official website or known phone number. Block the number on your device, report it to the FTC and your state’s consumer protection office, and consider a credit freeze if you suspect identity theft. Staying skeptical and confirming credentials are the best defenses against these process server scams.

These scammers have no regard for people's privacy, as evidenced by their repeated calls to my family members under different names, ringing over 20 times. It's appalling that they're so desperate to swindle innocent individuals out of their hard-earned cash. A legitimate job is what they should strive for, rather than stealing from others.
This entity called both my cell phone and workplace, leaving a voicemail stating that they were from County PDS and needed to update my work address to my home address to avoid a failure to appear, which seemed like a scam.
A caller identifying herself as "Emily Rivers" from "County PDS" referenced fake case numbers and failure to appear, which was clearly a scam.
