Prime Recovery scam: how to protect yourself!
Summary — +18665203911
Expert Opinion
Imagine getting a call from a number that claims to be a debt collector and pressures you to sign papers or pay immediately. The script you’re hearing matches common debt collector scams: vague legal threats, fake process‑server claims, and a demand for two forms of ID. Never share personal or financial details until you independently verify the agency—look up the company name, check the Better Business Bureau, or call the official customer‑service line listed on a legit statement. Block the offending number, file a complaint with the FTC or CFPB, and consider a call‑blocking app to reduce future nuisance calls.

This is clearly a fraudulent operation, as evidenced by my experience with them. When I filed a complaint with the CFPB and followed up, they claimed to have no record of my information in their system. I strongly advise reporting them to the FTC and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
