The identity of this company is unknown to me, but their behavior warrants a harassment complaint.
Over the past few months, I have been recieving numerous calls from different numbers, supposedly from Westlake financial, but the caller, usually a Hispanic lady, sounds very unprofessional, you can here traffic, kids crying or cant hear them, I'm totally fed up with all the calls
It's impossiable to hide your phone number when calling a toll free number, thats just how it work
During normal buisness hours, i called this number back and spoke with a person who clamed to be Robert, he asked for my name but i didnt provide it since i didnt know what it was regarding.
This number consistently called a cell phone, but no messages were left, and when the call was returned, it was stated that they were closed, with instructions to call back at 5 a.m. PST, claiming to be Westlake Financial Services, an auto loan and dealership company based in L.A., CA, with an alternate number of 888-893-7937

Over the past week, a person identifing himself as "Anthony Morales" at this number, x2179, has called me twice, refusing to provide any informations, and expects me to return his call (dont hold your breath, pal), it appears to be a scam attepting to persuad me to call back
I recieved this call twice, first time they asked me if i know some people, they had their phone number and all, the guy said his name was juan perez, he knew my name, i ask him where he was callin from, he just said westkake financial, he wanted my social secutity number, i was like no way, i told him to remove my number, i was gonna file a police report, he call me again, i told him the same thing, then i blocked the number on my mobil.
