Although I acknowledge owing money to Wells Fargo from about 7 years ago, reading the comments here makes me suspect a scam, especially since I received an approval letter from someone named Tony Castro, albeit with a different phone number but the same extension 120.
No matter what they claim, it's obvious that they are a collection agency, and the person contacting you is probably sitting next to the person you ask to speak with, it's all a scam, noboddy is going to court or jail, it's just intimidation tactics.

Apparently, me and my relative recieved a call from these scam artist, a guy who claim to be "Sean Roberts" told me it is a urgent matter regarding a lawsuit and want to dicuss a pending file against me, dont these people have something better to do?

This appears to be a significant scam. The call from their boiler room seemed fake, and the caller didn't even seem to know my last name.
The person calling from this number is extreemly rude, they keep calling to try and contact a relative who doesnt live with me, and I have no idear what they want.
