It has been confirmed that this is a collection agency, specifically ARROW, and after speaking with a representative, it became clear that without proper identification, no further action could be taken, resulting in the refusal to cooperate and a warning of potential automated calls for a year.
Despite requesting to be removed from their list, they continued to call, prompting me to attempt to call back multiple times today.

I am skeptical about this being the credit company Aro, as others have stated it is a scam, and i dont have any credit issues so why would they be contacting me.
Apparently, the company left a message on my voicemail, asking me to call back regarding my account, however this companie dont seem to be a debt collector since they dont have any outstanding balence... I wont be returning the call.
