I recieved a similiar call, same story
A voicemail was left by Eric Sterling, mentioning a process server and instructing me to call this number for further information, which seemed threatening in nature.
A person claiming to be Eric Stirling from document processing called me regarding a summons, but the call seemed suspicious, they told me to contact the issuing office with any questions, thats whats suppost to happen.
I received the same voicemail and I appreciate you warning others about the scam
