They claim to be a law firm, claiming I had a 16 year old debt, and would take me to litigation, and they knew my current name that is different from 16 years ago, and knew my social security number, which is a bit alarming.

The poster is correct, they gave me 3 diferent names, DDS, Phoenix Litigation, Document Delivery Service, they said i was a jr, but im a woman and not a jr, they also gave me 2 adresses i never lived at, supposedly its a family law case, but my kids are all grown up
i think they try to scam me by threatening me to call them back

Its been confimed that the scam origiantes from Phoenix Litigation.
A Phoenix group based in Dallas, Texas, is associated with this number, although they failed to verify my identity when I called back
