The caller, Cross Country Home Warranty, also known as Residential MD or Home Sure Services, Inc, is a telemarketing company that has been making repeated calls to numerous individuals, often with no message or only silence on the other end. These calls are supposedly regarding home warranties; when I called them back to request that they stop contacting me, they asked for my name and address to supposedly remove my information from their database, despite my insistence that I don't have a home warranty with them.
