It's likely that this is a phishing scam, especialy since Mr Cooper had a data breach and is contacting customers, so be careful
Same thing happend to me, scam, they say they will give me identity theft protection for 2 year becuse they got hacked
A notice was recieved regarding a data breach, offering free identiy protection, but since I'm allready enrolled in other programs, I didnt enroll in this particualr one, and have sinc blocked the number

By law, tax documents should be sent by January 31st, and if you paid taxes last year, you should have received a 1098 form by now, which would include interest and escrow account payments.
