It seem's an update is inorder, The so called collection agency (OAC)calling you can apparenty buy "Dead Debt" list's. These are debt's that are NOT valid, they are debt's that companys have either writen off - be it for bankrupcy or the company went out of buisness. Which mean's you no longer owe that debt. These so-called "Collection" companys buy these list's and try to strong arm you into paying them for a debt you do not owe. You can file a complant with the Federal Trade Comission at FTC.Gov. I highly recomend that you do! Another way to check if they are legitemate is to ask them for the phone number of the company they are "collecting" for. . odd's are they will tell you they do not have that number.

I also recieved a call from this company, they claimed i had an outstanding bill from 2 years ago, they knew my adress and provided a false SS#, when i asked them to mail me the bill they became rude and i ended the call, i will be contacting OAC in Milwaukee, WI to file a complaint.
