It's puzzling to see discussions about a different phone number in this thread, specifically 8007184713, which seems unrelated to the topic at hand.
A voicemail was received from this number, requesting to hold for a customer service representative regarding an order.
The call from this number is clearly unwanted and spam-related.
During a call, I believed I was speaking with an Amazon representative, but the person had me download a remote access tool, which allowed them to gain access to my computer.
A recorded message was received regarding a suspicious purchase allegedly made on Amazon.

A call was received claiming that a fraudulent iPhone purchase had been made on my Amazon account, and the caller attempted to direct me to teamviewer dot com to download their free software, supposedly to connect with a secure server; when I explained that I couldn't comply due to using a shared computer, the caller hung up on me.
I recived a call on my unpublised number, they hung up during the third ring, the caller ID said TOLL FREE CALL
