This is a total scam, they send snail mail with 'Time Sensitive' and 'Final attempt to notify you', it's better to throw it in the trash.
Scam Alert: Home Warranty Division Calls Are a Trap!
Summary — +18883072037
Expert Opinion
Imagine receiving a glossy home‑warranty notice that screams immediate response and then vanishes the moment you try to call. That pressure‑tactic is a classic hallmark of a scam. Callers rarely provide a verifiable company name, often using vague labels like "Home Warranty Division" and threatening service loss. Never share personal or payment info until you independently verify the insurer through a known website or the Better Business Bureau. Hang up, block the +1‑888‑307‑2075 number, and report the call to the FTC and your state's consumer protection office. Staying skeptical and double‑checking any claim protects you from unwanted charges.

However, upon contacting the actual Huntington Warranty Company, I discovered they do not offer services in Michigan. When I called back to inquire about the company, they demanded an ID code from a postcard they allegedly sent, which seemed suspicious.
