At the end of the voicemail, I wonder if it was mentioned that the message was recorded as proof of notification.

From Danville, PA, a caller with a heavy Indian accent instructed to contact US document services at 888-310-1520 with a provided 4-digit reference number, but upon calling, the experience suggested scamming, particularly after being transferred and told of computer issues, leading to the conclusion that J and O financial was involved in the scam.
