Ever since my loan was tranfered from Bank of America, Nationstar Mortgage has been caling me every month to verify my identity and payment, which is automatcally made through my checkin account, its becomming harrasment!

Indeed, it is Nationstar, they also tooke over ERA mortgage servicing, my advise is when you call them, dont give your ss#, just continously press 0 for each prompt, eventually you will be sent to a rep, if they dont speak clearly, ask for a USA rep, then when they ask for your ss# again, ask them if you can verify some other informations for them because you are not confortable giving your ss#, also, once you are notified your mortgage is transfered, you should have a 60 day period to get all your payments caught up, without paying any late fees, if you are told diferently, they are wrong, it is the law.
