Somone was asking about my whereabouts and left a message on my voicemail, if it was legit they would of found me before giving me a heads up, sound like a scam to me.
Some people had used a real name, leaving me a voicemail claiming they visied my house but didnt get a hold of me, and that they have some legal documents, and i had 24 hours to contact them or else I would be talking to a judge!
This is a process service scam, the callers seem to be from India and dont know how the legal sistem works
This person contacted me at my workplace, claiming to be sending a judgement to a attorney, but couldnt provide information on who the judgement was from, this is definately a scam.
It's obvious they are trying to scam people by making threats of legal papers, if you have no outstanding debts, just ignore them and dont bother calling back, its a waist of time.
It's clear that this is a scam since there's absolutly no legitamacy
A scammer claiming to be from Process Service Dispatch contacted me with my personal information and a case number, threatening a potential judgment if I didn't return the call, which I have no intention of doing.
My son and I have both recieved phone calls from this number claiming a lawsuit for another person and mentioning a lien on property - I could not understand the company name but understood the persons name
