I verified the information by contacting my insurance provider, and an Evicore representative was conferenced in to address my concerns.

I recieved a 100% legit call from this number, Evacor notifying me on behalf of my health insurance carrier that a medical procedure had been authorized and telling me the expiration date of that authorization, it was helpful
