A recorded female voice explained that Airnet, representing Evicore, was notifying us that a test ordered by my boyfriend’s doctor had been denied by his insurance. She said both he and the doctor would receive a letter and could appeal, and gave a number to call. This was unwelcome given we’re already dealing with serious health issues and don’t need additional scam stress.
