Expert Opinion
The analysis of the comments reveals that the caller is likely a telemarketer or a market research company, specifically Infratest or TNS Infratest, conducting surveys or umfragen. The comments suggest that the caller is using automated dialing systems to generate random numbers, which may explain why some individuals are receiving calls on their private or unlisted numbers. Many users have reported receiving repeated calls from this number, often at inconvenient times, and some have expressed frustration and annoyance at the unsolicited calls. It is recommended that individuals register their numbers on the national do not call list or use call-blocking features to avoid these types of calls.

This number also called us, claiming to conduct a survey for the Dresden public transport system, but it was apparent that this was not genuine, especially considering the request for personal details under false pretenses.
Apparently, someone has won something, but it's unclear what it is or what game it's related to, which is somewhat amusing

Greetings to everyone,
If you take a phone number from the phone book and add one to it, you get a new number, for example, and this process can continue indefinitely.

Thanks for the heads up. They called me on Sunday at 14h, which I found quite impudent. I didn't answer, and no message was left. I've now blocked the number using my Fritzbox, and upon checking, I saw they've attempted to call multiple times over the last two weeks.
These individuals have also called me, wasting my time with pointless conversations before hanging up. Their behavior is unacceptable.
