On several occassions, my phone has rang from this number (905)234-1298, but no voicemails were left, however, sometime they text me asking who they were speaking to...it's absolutly baffling, as a rule of thumb, if the number is unrecognised, i dont bother to answer, if its legitamate, they will leave a mesage, wont they?

This number has called me multiple times, but I haven't answered and no message was left

As mentioned earlier, this call is associated with tellcityhall.ca, a market research company, and they provided a callback number, 888-883-7094, as well as an email address, info@tellcityhall.ca.
