Initally, the call seemed like a legite Robo call, thanks to Google, and it asked numerous qustions about solar panels, but once I provided ambiguous answers, I was transfered to a person who seemed to be in an outsourced call center, possibily in Bangladesh.
Solar Solutions telemarketer call – what to do?
Summary — +19104087847
Expert Opinion
Yesterday afternoon, a flurry of reports flagged this number as a solar‑panel telemarketer. Callers typically use automated scripts that sound like a live person, ask qualifying questions, and then hand you off to a remote agent. The goal is to harvest personal data and push a sales pitch, often citing false government mandates. If you receive one, let the call go to voicemail, do not confirm any details, and block the number through your carrier or smartphone. Register the line with the Do‑Not‑Call list, use the opt‑out feature, and consider a third‑party call‑filtering app. Staying silent and reporting the call are the safest moves.
