I want to be left alone by these scammers
Effective Teles calls: mortgage refinance pressure tactics!
Summary — +19365688935
Expert Opinion
Oddly enough, the same 936‑568‑8935 number keeps surfacing under a handful of different IDs, most often as “Effective Teles.” Callers repeatedly claim to represent Green Tree mortgage services and push “no‑cost” refinance offers that quickly turn into persistent sales pitches. The pattern matches a classic telemarketing script: vague introduction, pressure to stay on the line, and a promise of savings that never materializes. Practical steps: add the number to your phone’s block list, register with the national Do‑Not‑Call registry, and use a third‑party call‑blocking app. If the calls continue, request written proof of the debt and consider filing a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
