Trata‑se de um golpe de suporte técnico, onde o fraudador finge ser da Microsoft ou de outro fornecedor, alegando vírus ou falhas no computador. Não forneça dados pessoais nem permita acesso remoto. Use o bloqueio de chamadas do seu celular ou peça à operadora a filtragem de números desconhecidos. Registre a ocorrência na Anatel e denuncie ao site da Microsoft. Desconfie de mensagens automáticas e mantenha seu antivírus atualizado. Se necessário, altere senhas em um dispositivo seguro, longe da ligação.

For two consecutive days, this number has been calling, and when I answer, there's complete silence on the other end. It's infuriating, especially since I'm currently at home with a sick child and have to deal with these annoying calls. I also work with computers and have up-to-date antivirus software and firewalls on my personal devices.
