Het is verstandig om het nummer direct te blokkeren in je telefoon en eventuele call‑blocking apps te activeren. Deel nooit je bank‑ of identiteitsinformatie aan onbekende bellers, zelfs niet als ze een ‘winactie’ claimen. Controleer altijd via de officiële website of app van de Staatsloterij of er sprake is van een legitieme winactie.
