It appears this number calls everyone, but when answered, there is only silence. My family members have picked up, and all they hear is a click before the call drops. The display on their phones shows 'LUIK'. Several people at schools have also received these calls. It's possible that this could be a malicious individual. Hopefully, others who have had negative experiences will come forward and report them.
