المتصل يصر على أن حساب Microsoft غير آمن ويطلب الضغط على زر سريع لتصحيح المشكلة. لا يجب إعطاء أي معلومات شخصية أو تفاصيل حسابية لمتصل غير مُؤكد، خصوصاً إذا طُلب الضغط على أية مفاتيح أو إدخال رموز سرية. احرص على إنهاء المكالمة فوراً وتجنب الاستجابة للضغط النفسي. استخدم ميزات حظر الرقم على هاتفك، وابلغ شركة Microsoft عبر القنوات الرسمية إذا كان هناك شك بوجود حساب فعلي. راقب نشاطات البطاقات المصرفية بانتظام، وغيّر كلمات المرور إذا شعرت بأية محاولة اختراق. الإبلاغ للسلطات المختصة يساعد في تقليل انتشار احتيال وMicrosoft المزيف.
At 2 pm, I received a call from this number, which turned out to be a scam, so I've removed it from my records
A female voice from this number told me about two payment's on my card, one for £### and one for £###, but it sounded fishy so i hung up imediatly
Two unauthorized transactions were reported on my card, one from a gambling site and the other from Amazon.
