Scam Alert: Rates Collection Tricks!
Summary — +35315200430
Expert Opinion
Reports highlight a pattern of unsolicited calls from this Dublin landline, often tied to scam tactics impersonating local councils like Dun Laoghaire, Tipperary, Kerry, or Galway for fake commercial rates collection. Many users face nuisance issues: repeated ringing without voicemail, inability to call back, and vague caller identities that don't match. While some mentions suggest legitimate council outreach, the majority flag it as unsafe, with scammers sounding polished to build trust. Block the number immediately to avoid engagement. Verify any rates claims directly via official council websites or known lines—never share details over unsolicited calls. If pressured, report to authorities like the Irish Data Protection Commission for potential fraud.

The call was disconnected as soon as I answered.
I picked up after four rings this morning and saw that the log lists several calls dating back to January. A woman introduced herself as Sabina from reception, asked if I was Abbie, and after my denial she apologized and hung up. Not sure why the repeated calls, probably will block the number.

Both my partner and I missed calls from this line, and returning the call never connects. Does anyone know who could be behind it?
Frequent calls arrive from this number, coming from many different people. Answering promptly connects fine, but if we miss it and dial back we always hear “sorry, we could not connect your call.” The callers claim a different number, yet our carrier shows this one as the source and can’t intervene. Anyone have suggestions?
When I call back, the line never connects, and if they call, no voicemail is left.
