A fake reservation showed up for me via Agoda on booking.com, yet booking.com won’t admit it’s counterfeit. The address given is the Prudential Tower in Bangkok.

Through the number +63 2035640799, numerous counterfeit bookings have been submitted on Booking.com via Agoda, preventing us from offering rooms to genuine guests and resulting in three to four bogus reservations each day. Our request to Booking.com to block the number was denied since the bookings originated from Agoda, and Agoda was unable to assist because we lack an Agoda property ID. This loophole lets the fraudster exploit us.
