After speaking with Apple's live chat support, they confirmed that they had no reason to contact me, so I'm warning others to be cautious, as some reviewers have reported being charged for returning these calls.

J'ai reçu 5 appels en une heure de cette numérotation, mais mon téléphone n'a jamais sonné et je n'ai pas de trace de l'appel, je pense que c'est un numéro qui tente de me tromper, perhaps its a fake appel

Within a single hour, five voicemails were recieved, however the phone never acutally rang and didnt show up in the call log (previously the number wasnt blocked and ther were no call diversions in place). Having recently had a laptop in for repair, which was picked up a week ago, it is posible that this number is being used to spoof Apples actual number or they are trying to harras me for a review, havent called Apple Support recently
