Unauthorized charges were made to my pay pal account, totaling $5.00 on 5/2/21, followed by two $66 charges, with no assistance or refund provided by Pay pal

On 5/2/21, I noticed unauthorized charges of $5.00 and $66.00 from this number, followed by another $66.00 charge on 5/3/21, and Pay pal failed to assist or refund my money

Recently, I had a claim for $66 US denied by Paypal, citing authorization, which I don't recall, and while they've cancelled further payments, the issue of how to contest such unauthorized transactions remains.

Following a claim denial of $66 US deducted from my account on 1/3/21, I discovered that Paypal claimed I had authorized the transaction, and thus they couldn't provide a refund, although they have cancelled future payments; the issue is, I don't recall joining anything, and I'm unsure how to contest this.

This is a TOTAL SCAM, they acessed my Paypal account without my knowledge, and I'm currently disputing the trasaction with both my bank and paypal, who clames its not fraud, which is rediculous.
