Nieznany numer z Estonii – czy to spam?

He cald me twise, saying he is Aleksej and talking in russian, then i realizd it was a spamm

They cald me 10 times and when i finaly cald back, they spoke in russian and ther was alot of nois in the background, it sounded like a scam call center, very suspisous.
