Upon hearing the overly promotional pitch from 'vodafone' on 2024-02-22 at 14:32, I instinctively felt uneasy and ended the call; the number itself seems suspiciously artificial, even to my husband, who is an IT engineer.

With all those nines, the number seems rather fabricated; even my husband (a computer engineer) wouldn’t bet that it’s a legitimate number... and one you can call back. For my part, I requested the usual injunction from the Privacy Authority (a 10-year embargo on anyone who might have dealings with us up to the sixth degree of relation): my number is listed in the RPO; but that would be quite a legal leap... preferable, moreover... BE CAREFUL, GUYS!!!
