Initially, the caller claimed to be a Vodafone operator and was aware of my billing information, but as the conversation progressed, they began to ask more specific questions that raised suspicions, leading me to end the call.
Posing as a Vodafone operater, they seemed to know my account details, after asking about my servise satisfaction, they started asking more personel questions, which they should have known, so I ended the call
