Received an unsolicited call on a Saturday morning. As I am registered with the TPS, this was a clear disregard for the law. The caller introduced himself as Jeff with a noticeable and barely understandable Indian accent. I believe he wanted me to switch phone providers, and I could hear the call centre background noise. This was an obvious scam and phishing attempt, which I find harassing and dangerous, especially for older individuals who rely on their phones.
