Upon answering, the message mentioned Sky insurance, which we don’t have, so it felt like a scam; the number has been blocked.
A woman identified herself as representing Sky Insurance, but I told her she was lying and a scammer, which made her angry before she ended the call.
Given the caller’s accent, background call‑centre noise and the topic, it was clearly a scam; a male claimed my Skye breakdown cover had expired and urged renewal, which I don’t have, and after I criticised him he warned me and hung up. Number blocked.
