Claimed my washing machine contract was out of date, but I've never had one. Probably an Indian call centre. They likely wanted bank detials to renew the fake contract, so I hung up.
Identical to the 'washing machine contract renewal' scam that others have mentioned. Recognising it as a scam since I don’t possess any insurance or service agreement. Ended the call.
