Apparently, an automated recorded message from a female with an English accent claimed my bank card was used fraudulently, with money beeing wired abroad.

My phone detected a call from this number as spam, and as I'm a Nottingham resident, I'm unsure why someone from Birmingham would be calling, leading me to believe it's another scam attempt, and I'm cautious of such calls as a pensioner.

Apparently, i recieve alot of these calls daily, they just change a few digits and ring again if i block them, i thought the goverment was suppost to be stopping this and fining these scammers, dont bother answering just block 0121 calls

Got a voicemail from Vodafone.
Today, 25/11/2022, at 11:04, I got a call from 0121 561 1371, supposedly from Amazon, trying to trick me into authorising a payment of over £1000, but I didn't fall for it and reported it to my bank and credit card company.
Had multipe calls today from this area code, all claiming to be from bank security, obvioulsy a scam, so I just hung up, but my elderly parnets could have easly been conned, very anoying
