Expert Opinion
Ever wonder why the number +441213140265 keeps popping up on your caller ID? Most reports point to a survey operation run by a market research outfit called Voluntas, often acting on behalf of housing associations or local councils. While many callers find the script harmless, the frequency and vague purpose make it feel intrusive. If you’re unsure, let the call go to voicemail, then verify the organisation’s legitimacy before sharing any details. Register the number on the UK Do Not Call list, use call‑blocking apps, and never give out personal or financial information unless you’ve confirmed the source. A few minutes of caution can save you from unwanted data harvesting.
