Fraud! Fraud! Fraud! They said they were verifying a 25% drop in my home insurance premiums. Claimed no need for me to do anything as it'd apply on its own. But they wanted my 'billing' details to check ID. I questioned why, as a current client, they wouldn't already possess it? They disconnected.
