Could tell by the background noise it was a call center before he even spoke. Mentioned a company name, but I couldn't catch it, saying an engineer would measure cold leaks on our windows this afternoon (called at 3:30 Friday). Claimed our windows are over 10 years old based on their database. Asked which database, but he just repeated the question about the windows' age. Kept asking, but he hung up. Seems like a waste of time. Blocked the number
